DFSS MASTER Downloadable Software
Order fulfillment: Your order confirmation email will contain a link to the My Account login page. Log in using the user name and password that you created for the SSPG Downloads website to enable your access to the executable file and license key. (Note: please ensure that your spam filter does not block mail from info@sspgdownloads.com.) Your access is valid for two weeks, or you may purchase the 24 month Extended Download Option shown at the bottom of this page. The Extended Option cannot be purchased as a separate product. It must be purchased at time of product download.

DFSS MASTER is a Monte Carlo simulation package that performs expected value analysis, robust design, tolerance allocation, sensitivity analysis, and other critical Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) functions, including a DFSS scorecard which will combine the results of all parts, process steps, performance measures, and software, rolled up into an overall capability assessment.
DFSS MASTER FEATURES:

Monte Carlo Simulations - use Excel formulas to define your inputs and outputs and run rapid Monte Carlo simulations. A typical result can be up to 1 million simulations in less than 5 seconds.

Parameter Design - Use the optimizer to find the optimal set points for your design.

Tolerance Allocation Tables - Learn which inputs your process is most sensitive to.

Design Scorecard - Create Paretos of defects per unit to help allocate critical resources. Track the maturity and capability of your design using Part, Process, and Performance information.
